Eunice Lam is an experienced designer with a multidisciplinary skill set. Her design background spans architecture, interior design, graphic design, exhibition design, and product design. She has designed several award-winning restaurants, retail environments, hotels, and creative spaces in Toronto.

Eunice is continuously inspired by local food movements and passionately works closely with various organizations on interesting food projects. Through the exploration of ideas around a narrative of food experiences, she aims to boldly rethink and design food environments that frame discussions for the future of food and the built environment.
